Community and The Future of Work

If you were able to do what you want and make a living doing it, what would that look like?

The world has accelerated to be digital-native faster than people anticipated, and that changes things. We are more online than ever before, and technology has laid the foundation for the future of work: a new category of “jobs” centered on the entrepreneurial potential of individual passions. Atelier founder Li Jin recognizes this future as the Passion Economy, where “new digital platforms enable people to earn a livelihood in a way that highlights their individuality.”

That’s a vision we believe in at AMP, and our mission to empower diverse entrepreneurs requires that we ensure that the growing category of passion entrepreneurship includes equitable access and opportunity for every participant. To achieve this, we’re building supportive platforms for diverse creators with community as the foundation.

AMP helps people build a sustainable livelihood from their passions through access to capital, networks, and experiences that make a difference in early-stage entrepreneurship. We support and unite founders, artists, activists, and small business owners who maintain a shared commitment to advancing their communities.

Communities provide an audience for individual journeys, and, when people can turn their passions into livelihoods, their communities benefit from their creativity and innovation. Our community is built to make those journeys accessible for every person with a passion.

When you have the right access, what will you create?

Tell us about it at https://amp.community.
